    The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 warm-up matches are set to commence in Guwahati, Hyderabad, and Thiruvananthapuram this Friday. In a closed-door encounter at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, former champions Pakistan will face off against 2019 ODI World Cup runners-up New Zealand. Concurrently, 1996 World Cup champions Sri Lanka will go head-to-head with Asian rivals Bangladesh at the Barsapara International Stadium in Guwahati, while South Africa will contend with Afghanistan in Thiruvananthapuram.

    On Saturday, host Team India is scheduled to take on defending champions England in a warm-up match in Guwahati. Additionally, five-time ODI World Cup winners Australia will compete against the Netherlands in Thiruvananthapuram on the same day.

    Friday, September 29:

    • Bangladesh vs. Sri Lanka at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati
    • South Africa vs. Afghanistan at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram
    • New Zealand vs. Pakistan at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad

    Saturday, September 30:

    • India vs. England at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati
    • Australia vs. Netherlands at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram

    Monday, October 2:

    • England vs. Bangladesh at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati
    • New Zealand vs. South Africa at Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram

    Tuesday, October 3:

    • Afghanistan vs. Sri Lanka at Barsapara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati
