    Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have announced on 20 February 2024 that their second child, a son named Akaay was born on 15 February 2024. The couple confirmed the news of their son being born through an Instagram post.

    Akaay, the name of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma is highly unique and means ‘shining moon’ in Turkish. Akaay can also be called a derivative of a Hindi word ‘Kaya’ which means body. Akaay can be interpreted as immortal or non decaying.

    Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli are highly spiritual and their visit to many temples and religious places in the past couple of years have highlighted the same.
