The Junior Cricket Committee has unveiled the India A squad for the upcoming Asian Cricket Council Men’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup 2023, with Yash Dhull leading the team as captain. Dhull, who previously captained India’s Under-19 World Cup-winning team, has displayed immense potential in his career and now has the opportunity to lead the India A side.

The tournament is set to take place in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from July 13 to July 23, featuring eight Asian nations competing in a 50-over format. Alongside Dhull, the squad includes promising players like Rajvardhan Hangargekar, who was a part of the victorious Chennai Super Kings team in the IPL 2023. Akash Singh, a left-arm pacer who also represented Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2023, has also been selected.

The squad boasts two skilled wicket-keepers, Prabhsimran Singh and Dhruv Jurel, known for their excellent abilities behind the stumps.
