After winning the toss, when the match referee asks Javed Miandad- “What would he like to do?” and that reply by Javed made everyone go ROFL. As he replied,” I don’t know, I will go inside and let you know.”

2) Lou Vincent Boundary save
Every player tries to save every possible run while fielding and thus we can see players fielding near boundary rope diving to save the boundary. However, a funny moment happened when the kiwi fielder Lou Vincent was trying to save a boundary. While running Lou Vincent’s lower came down and the audience couldn’t control their laughter.
3) Dilshan’s Celebration hurts him back
You might have seen players celebrating a wicket by throwing the ball up in the air. However, this celebration style did hurt Dilshan in the match against Bangladesh. After a wicket, Dilshan celebrated by throwing the ball high in the air, but certainly he forgot the lesson of gravity as the ball came down to hit Dilshan’s head. Luckily, he didn’t get any major injury but this was one of the light moments of the match.
4) Dwayne Smith’s run out instance in IPL
Without a doubt, this instance has to be the funniest moment in IPL cricket history. The two big giants of the tournament Mumbai Indians & Chennai Super Kings were facing each other. Back then, Dwayne Smith who used to play for Mumbai Indians tried to steal an extra run after a misfield from the fielder.
However, Rohit wasn’t quite interested in the run, and then happened the comedy of errors as Chennai bowler and fielder missed 4 chances to run out Dwayne Smith. Yes, 4 chances were missed by Chennai which was an amusing moment for the audience but it made Dhoni furious.
5) Billy Bowden Gave Red Card To McGrath
McGrath in a funny way tried to bowl an underarm against New Zealand and Billy Bowden couldn’t keep him out of this light moment and showed McGrath a red card as a penalty to showcase a foul done by McGrath. Although it didn’t really have anything to do with cricket, this moment made everyone take a leap of laughter including the players and audience.
6) Ajit Agarkar raising his bat after scoring 1 run.
Ajit Agarkar, who was the main bowler of the Indian bowling attack back in 2000 was dismissed 7 times on duck in his 7 consecutive innings on the Australian tour. Thus, when the bowler scored a run in his 8th innings, he raised his bat as if he had scored a century and no one on the field and off-field could control their laughter. Ajit Agarkar did give a hilarious moment to the viewers.
7) Hasan Ali’s wicket celebration costs him
The fast & furious bowler of Pakistan Hasan Ali is known for the bomb celebration after dismissing a batter. However, this celebration backfired on him in one of the matches against Zimbabwe. Hasan Ali bowled a Zimbabwe batter and did a bomb celebration but as he did a nerve or muscle cramp happened in his neck and a physio had to come to check him. This instance was remembered for a long as his teammates used to tease him a lot for this.
