The countdown for the Champions Trophy 2025 has begun, and with the tournament’s start date approaching, fans are filled with excitement. Meanwhile, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released the ticket prices for the tournament, which are quite surprising.

According to an internal document available with PTI, the PCB has set the starting price for Champions Trophy tickets at 1,000 Pakistani Rupees, which is equivalent to around 310 Indian Rupees.

What are the ticket prices for the matches in Dubai?

However, the document does not include the suggested ticket prices for matches in Dubai, which has been selected as a neutral venue for hosting India’s matches. Dubai may also host the semifinals and finals if Rohit Sharma’s team qualifies for the knockout games.

What is the lowest ticket price for the Champions Trophy?

From the list obtained by PTI, it’s revealed that the PCB has set the lowest ticket price at 1,000 Pakistani Rupees for general admission to all matches in Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi. However, for the Pakistan vs. Bangladesh match in Rawalpindi, the general admission fee has been raised to 2,000 Pakistani Rupees (INR 620), and for the semifinals, it is set at 2,500 Pakistani Rupees (INR 776).

What is the price of VVIP tickets?

The PCB has priced VVIP tickets for all games at 12,000 Pakistani Rupees (INR 3,726). However, for the semifinals, the price for the VVIP enclosure has been set at 25,000 Pakistani Rupees (INR 7,764). The premium enclosure tickets are priced at 3,500 Pakistani Rupees (INR 1,086) for Karachi matches, 5,000 Pakistani Rupees (INR 1,550) for Lahore matches, and 7,000 Pakistani Rupees (INR 2,170) for the Pakistan vs. Bangladesh match in Rawalpindi.

How can tickets for the Champions Trophy be obtained?

The PCB plans to set the price for VIP enclosures at 7,000 Pakistani Rupees for Karachi and 7,500 Pakistani Rupees for Lahore. The proposed ticket price for the Bangladesh match is 12,500 Pakistani Rupees. A total of 18,000 tickets will be available for general sale, but it is still unclear how many tickets one person can purchase at once and whether tickets will be available at booths or only online.

When is the India-Pakistan match in the Champions Trophy?

According to the rules of ICC events, the host country sells tickets for the matches and keeps the revenue from gate money and hospitality box sales, in addition to the hosting fee paid by the ICC.

Since Dubai has been selected as the neutral venue for India’s matches, an insider has confirmed that the PCB believes it is entitled to retain the gate receipts and hospitality box sales for matches in Dubai, including the blockbuster India vs. Pakistan match on February 23.
