Indian cricketer Virat Kohli’s confident 44 runs against Australian spinner Nathan Lyon in the second Test has been praised by former player Dinesh Karthik. Karthik stated that Kohli’s performance would do wonders for his confidence, as he looked in control against the legendary bowler, while other Indian batters seemed clueless.
According to Karthik, fans may focus on the result and numbers, but as a player, confidence can be gained from certain innings.
He further added that Kohli’s performance was a testament to his class, especially as other Indian batters, including KL Rahul and Cheteshwar Pujara, struggled against Lyon’s bowling.
