The 58th match of IPL 2025 between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) is scheduled to be played today, Saturday, May 17, at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The match will begin at 7:30 PM IST, while the toss between the two captains – Rajat Patidar (RCB) and Ajinkya Rahane (KKR) – will take place half an hour earlier at 7:00 PM IST.

After a break of more than a week, the IPL is set to resume, and fans are very excited for this match. However, the weather in Bengaluru might play spoilsport today, as rain is likely to affect the RCB vs KKR match.

    RCB vs KKR Pitch Report

The pitch at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium has behaved quite differently this season compared to previous ones. Spinners have received some assistance, and there has been a good battle between bat and ball. Looking at the pitch behavior, a score between 170 to 190 can be considered competitive. If rain plays a role, batting second might be ideal under DLS conditions.
